The Kick In teh Music Business
The woman who almost single handedly changed the place for women in music.
This is where it started.
I find that there is a category of music that captures the essence of England, not just just the politics, but the very air that surrounds us, that makes the tall grass wave & the limbs of trees dance. The woeful soaked by the rain, sat on a park bench with nowhere to go .
There is an ambience & sometimes whimsy to the not always so Great Britain. Captured by the likes of Peter Gabriel, 70's Genesis, Pink Floyd & Roger Waters, that has had a great influence on Kate Bush, & that is the great place her music lives in.
By definition it is "Pop" music, it's also "Prog Rock" ( without the pomp & pretentiousness ).
"The Man with the Child in His Eyes" Was written & played by her when she was just 13!
Incredibly, well crafted sound, thoughtful lyrics & production. These are the things that can be said about everything Kate Bush has produced.
That is all you need to know,
I rest my case.

Get a strap on
When things are not easy to carry you need something like this.
I sometimes fit these to computers, it makes them easier to pick up, & is way more comfortable than trying to jamb one in your armpit.
