Not perfect, but the best that's out there.
It is difficult to find an eye pencil that goes on easily, without tugging at the delicate skin around the eye, but does not later smudge, resulting in racoon eyes. This one fits the bill. It is not perfect, but is the best I have found so far. The negative for me is that on the lower lid I frequently get a broken line, no matter how careful I am. Theoretically this could be fixed by the "smudger" at the other end of the pencil, but that only works to remove what you just put on, not to smudge it. Also, there is not a lot of pencil in there - the last one I purchased lasted about 4-6 weeks. And once the initial tip is worn down, you will never get a really sharp tip again, but that is true with all eye pencils. This color (prune radicale) is very pretty. It's a dark purple that is subtle enough to wear to work, even in a corporate setting.
