100% compatible on MSI B350 Tomahawk
Bought 2 x 8GB to install on an MSI B350 Tomahawk motherboard with no issues. Was able to over clock stable 3400MHz.
Bought another 2 x 8GB to go with the existing for a total of 32GB running at 3200MHz.
Worked out of the box and recognised correctly

Good results can be obtained despite minor annoyances
2 of 2 found this helpful Released in 1998/1999 this was once a top of the range flash so used prices are often higher than expected. Ideal for use with 1st generation Canon digital cameras as it supports E-TTL. Fairly heavy to carry all day but flash power provides pleasing results once a few test shots have been taken. Worked without issue on Canon EOS 1D (MK1). Plenty of settings can be made though its a shame that some of the settings require two buttons to be pushed together and they are too recessed to make it an easy task.
Moving the flash head up, down or sideways requires separate button pushes which are equally fiddly as is gaining access to the battery compartment. If this flash supports your camera then it is feasible to to use it in Auto right away without having to consult the manual. It is worth reading the manual to get the most of the flash. This flash does look a little odd on an EOS 300D but is a massive improvement over the built in which washes everything out...
Its large and heavy so a 430EX may be a better choice if some of the more advanced features of the 550EX are not required. The 550 EX can act as a controller for wireless control of other flashes such as the 430EX.

Low price, surprising performance
Low price and amazing performance
Feel odd at first then you get used to them. Initially it feels like they don't want to lean on road but actually offer superb grip once mastered.
Rear wears twice as fast as front - expect up to 8,000 miles from front and 4-5,000 miles from the rear depending on riding style.
