High quality. Used outside of intended vehicle.
I cannot vouch for how well this works for the intended vehicle it was designed for. I installed it, (with some modification), into a Saturn Astra XR (Opel Astra H equivalent).
It is very nicly built; feels solid, and the open/close mechanism is smooth. As should be expected from a direct-from-vehicle-manufacturer item should be.
Unfortunately it does not fit most (or any so far) travel cups. Only fits small water bottles, can beverages, or fast-food tapered-bottom cups (medium or smaller).
I would have to assume that the VW Lupo or Audi A6 had this installed so that the face of it was pointing in an upward angle instead of straight/level. The holders come out and and tipped outward so that drinks are actually leaning toward you. Enough so that it will spill if filled to a standard level or nearly full.

Case has some remnant sticker glue, but to be expected changing hands a few times.
Manual, inserts, artwork, and discs are all in pristine condition.
