Fantastic

Tae Bo Advanced DVD
I am an avid Tae Bo fan and this is a great work out.It lasts just under an hour and really works your legs and butt.I love the variety of Tae Bo and never get bored with the routines, they really are very good work outs.I wouoldn't recommend doing a full hour till you have got to grips with the techniques first.Also good are the Get Ripped Tae Bo series as these have a few different work outs for different levels.You will be hot and sweaty and most probably quite sore in the morning!!!!!!!!!!1

Helpful book
A must have if you are doing a course like exercise to music, fitness instructor or group exercise. Really informative and completely relevant. Wish I'd bought it earlier on during my course.
