  The seller did not make sure the tag was packaged securely and just put the plush in a plastic bag to ship without any sort of protection for the tag. If someone buys something NWT they want the tag in good condition. It was slightly bent due to shipping, but not horribly or I would have returned it. I gave 3/5 stars for description because the tag was not in the same shape as the photo in the listing due to slight damage. The plush itself arrived safely.
