I have been using this product for 1 month now. You should not use it too often because from my experience after brushing your teeth it itches a little afterwards.I don't know why but my teeth become super sensitive. It feels like I have been chewing some tasteless chili pepper.I use it once in three days. It has not shown outstanding results but they are indeed a little bit whiter than usual though. But just a little.
