Cheap and cheerful but not good quality.
These figures are fair facsimiles of the octonauts, but the manufacture is of poor quality. Some of the facial features are smudged and the construction of the figures is crude.
I would not recommend them.

Good for a reasonable price.
Overall a good piece of kit. Set up straight forward. Images are acquired and stored rapidly and are easy to transfer.
Some slides jam in the holder guide so the guide has to be removed to free them - frustrating - but fault of the card surround slides rather than device.
Useful and easy to move on when you have done all your slides and negatives.

Effective and long lasting.
Does the job well. You need a container with a tight lid to contain the strong ammonia smell. Give it a stir after not using for a few days. Seems pricey but goes a long way because it is very concentrated and dilutes 7 to 1 with water. I used 1400 ccs water to 200ccs cleaner. Has done two clocks and still going.
