Worst experience I’ve ever had on eBay, after purchasing the item being listed as new, arrived used missing the box. Then I asked for a refund and they sent back a return label with my address! So I had to ask again to send the correct label of there address. Very poor customer service. If your reading this I would advise to avoid purchasing from this seller

Joe, If you had taken the time to read the description you would have quite clearly seen that it says: ((Brand New In Damaged Retail Packaging)). Once you received the item from us you demanded that we give you a partial refund of 50% which we obviously declined. We provided you with a prepaid postage label and asked you to return the item to us in the same conditon it was sent for a refund in full. But no you decided to use the 8 polaroid pictures that came with the printer before returning it.
