Heavy but well made

I only have one problem. My driveway has a VERY SMALL slope and when I was moving my caravan in the direction of the slope all of a sudden the caravan started moving on its own and I had no control at all and it only stopped when it hit my fence. The length that the caravan rolled with the Jockey wheel going Click Click Click as it rolled past each of the half circle cut outs was only 1/2 a metre but it certainly gave me a fright. There are only two direction that I can move the van and they are forwards and backwards. I tried to put it in the backwards mode to see if that would work that way but obviously it didn't. What am I doing wrong or is this a flaw in the product. Apart from that little episode it worked fine when I was going backwards UP the small slope it worked fine. Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. I have not left feedback on ebay yet as I would like to hear your opinion on what I may be doing wrong and I want my feedback to be honest. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks Chris
