Good taste as expected with a gyulai kolbast.
It is a bit too fresh. Could be drier. Had to freeze it to keep it which I don't normally have to do with Gyulai kolbaz. However the taste was good. Excellent in a chicken paprika. In Hungary it could have been hung but England is too damp for that.
