Better than expected
3 of 3 found this helpful Bought this to power table saw and hand tools in my workshop which is too far from the house to run a lead. Delivery was super prompt (next day) and product arrived as promised.
There is some self assembly to do with wheels and handles and the instructions (for what they are) are vague to say the least, but anyone with a basic understanding of DIY will cope. Assembly took ten minutes then another ten to fill with oil and fuel. Be warned, you will need a jug or small funnel to fill with oil or tip machine back slightly but be careful not to overfill.
Assembly complete, it was time to fire it up and it did this first pull and ran very sweetly. Thought I'd test with something meaty to start so I plugged in my log splitter without much faith it would power it as it's 1600W induction. There was a slight drop in revs while the motor started up but it ran as sweet as a nut and split logs with ease. Anything else I use will be a doddle.
Overall, despite it being early days, this is a good piece of kit that is well made and does what it says. I also cannot fault the service from Union Mart. Great job guys.
