  Unit advertised as "New" but actually in used condition, 2 years old and with faults. Essentially dishonest selling practice. Seller's resolution was not acceptable therefore feedback is based on overall experience. Shame.

  Unit was brand new (no box original batteries) buyer complained that the battery had leaked and he cleaned the compartment !! he found dust on the unit from storage . Rude and aggressive with his responses was just looking for a partial refund ….. I offered a full refund but EDZ -holdings REFUSED . Shame .
