Universal Tie Rod End Remover Removal Wrench Tool 33mm - 42mm
    06 Oct, 2016
    Universal Tie Rod End Remover
My Grandson's car had failed an MOT citing with other things, the inner tie rod ends on both sides as badly worn. I have a tie rod end remover that is usable if the end of the steering rack is near the inner wheel arch. His vehicle, a Peugeot 206 unfortunately the end of the rack is quite some distance from the inner wheel arch. I looked on line to see if there was a suitable tool for the removal procedure and came across your remover. It is small enough to pass into a confined space, heavy enough to know it is on the end of a socket extension bar and not only grips the nut but also the actual end of the rack making removal and refitting quite uncomplicated. I would recommend the tool as after use it fits neatly back into its little box until the next time and is very reasonably priced.

Reviver for "dead" computer. Truly amazing.
My computer suddenly came out in sympathy with a couple of other elecrtical appliances which had broken down and have had to be replaced. The "blue screen" was present. The actual premises to take the computer to to be repaired was closed due to international medical pandemic. I attempted the telephone to receive advice but was told repeatedly "by a voice" that the wait was 50 minutes approx. I managed with a tablet and my wife's computer for a while but things were difficult. I ordered the Reinstall stick and it arrived within a couple of days. I was a little apprehensive initially to use it and checked the memory sticks I had to make sure that most of the memory I would lose was backed up. I read the instructions with the device and was still apprehensive, anyway I "went for it", plugged the device in,followed the instructions at the various stages and the computer was recovered. The only drawback was OneDrive. I ended up with photograph and music files all over the place and it has taken three days to put them back where they should be and to turn off One Drive which if you do not, due to low volume of of use, actually need it is a big nuciiance. The human brain is far better at remembering. The reinstall equipment is excellent and would recommend it to anyonewith a "dead" computer.

Easy change actuator curing a problem
Well I have certainly cured why for best part of 16 years since we moved into our house as brand new the domestic hot water was always extremely hot. I replaced the actuator and rewirwd into the junction box set the thermostat and away we went no problem. I left short pieces of the colour coded wires in the junction box so the actual swap was easy and quick to do. Later I looked inside the old actuator and found that one of the "plastic" spring anchor points had broken away from the body but there was no trace of the broken piece of "plastic". The new item is working perfectly and I have repaired the original with a "metal bolt" and that is now a "spare" . A very good price to pay for a complete valve and I will look on yout web site in future first.
