Appears to have been used plus some shoddy metal workmanship. However, the handmade mosaics and strength are really quite good!
Starting with the rough, finish with the good...
Unfortunately, it looks like it had already been used, either ex-display or a return. Scuff marks underneath the feet, especially on the chairs. Scrapes and scuffs on the table mosaic. Washers missing from the product too. Maybe why the price was lowered.
Shoddy workmanship on the lower parts of the chair legs (like repaint over rust) also the welding on the table legs is poor.
However, I'm more than impressed with the handmade silver/gold tinted stone mosaics, they make the set more unique. The overall French-style design makes it appear more fancy, befitting my French-style garden.
The chairs and table feel stronger than expected too, so can take some weight.

Smaller than expected, made from metal and glass
Lanterns are slightly smaller than expected (guess work regarding measurements given).
However, metal and glass lanterns are better than plastic. Why? It's because they look more expensive.
