the word COOL in it's labeling or description is a deception. Probably works fine in cold weather.
I am not angry. Disappointed for sure. An air cooler that in fact...cools warm room air was my simple goal. I wasn't even wishing for cold...just cool. I paid $19 for it S&H included. Not worth half this...just wastes batteries. Wicking water from the bottom tray doesn't work even with ice cold water in the tray (I even froze half of the water in the ample storage bottle... and my face directly in front of the veins...the evap cooling concept is simple...just not for this unique economical design. The white zigzag ribbon that gets wet to cool the air just doesn't cut it...it blocks air...it is soaking wet, not moist... encouraging a mess below. This battery powered product should have a different name which doesn't include the word COOL in it's labeling or description. I tried to use it over three days. I returned it today. Thanks for your quick and fair concern and follow up. I will respond again when I get the credit.

Amazing piece for the price. Band fits comfortably. No scratches, Actually looks new. I did good
