Multi release, light springs, double sided. Great on a mountain bike.
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been used to straps for decades but, buying new mountain bike shoes, I wanted to invest in my first-ever cleats. I needed ones that would easily detach for unpredictable terrain, but I was also concerned these clips might detach unexpectedly, or pop out whilst pulling up on hill climbs.
Even with the springs adjusted half way they don't detach unless asked to, even when pulling up, and when you want them to they do so VERY easily. I've fallen off once and they detached by themselves.
They attach is easy too.
I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Lightweight and for occasional use only in my opinion.
It works but be aware that it is very light.
The lower pulley will not go down under its own weight. It needs pulling, or weighting if you can't reach it to pull it. Quite an inconvenience for my loft.
The 4mm cord was described as steel and polypropylene. I see no sign of steel threads in it. Being only 4mm diameter its quite tricky to grip when you've got weight on it too.
The total cord length is about 20m which turns out to be too short to use from my loft apex to the landing in a three bed semi. I've ordered 35m of 6mm cord to replace it.
Having slated the poor little thing though, it will work just fine for occasional use. I'm not totally convinced I'd trust it with two of me swinging from it with the supplied cord. The main pulley frame and bolts look sturdy enough, but 180kg on the supplied cord? I wouldn't stand underneath it!
