Resveratrol 150mg
It is what it is, works for me, wouldn’t dream of recommending supplements to anyone else - I’m not a nutritionist.

Does the job
Works well for my MGD condition, using it twice a day. I’ve added another piece of foil to the back, which means it stays hot for around 8/9 minutes. The strap isn’t strong enough to hold the mask in place over my eyes with the gel pack inside it so it’s not hands-free. But it’s an effective, affordable solution that you can take and use wherever.

Good coverage but expensive
Good coverage and depth of colour. Fumes as warned - strong. Needs all the drying time between coats it says it does. Quite expensive for 250ml.
