Beginings of a great detective.
recently finished the bosch tv show on amazon prime which i loved, and in the last year or so have become a quite avid reader of mostly crime stories, i wanted to compare the novel with the series, but also explore the origins of the character.

its a play on where he grew up & Bruce's debut album title.
its very moving. its not as much about springsteen as id thought it would be, more about his father & growing up in luton.

underated classic
one of the greatest films of the 70's. not just Pacino at his best, but the much missed John Cazale shows what a versatile actor he was.
