A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME MODEL AS ONE I BOUGHT YEARS AGO, EXCEPT THAT THE NEW VERSSION CANNOT BE CHARGED IN THE TRAVEL CASE, WHEREAS THE OLDER VERSION CAN. FOR ME THIS IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY: I HAVE BOUGHT A BRUSH WHICH IS NOT AS GOOD AS THE MODEL I ALREADY HAVE.

I have been unable to find the liquid to be used with the product (hard floor cleaner), despite many requests to Karcher for information as to where it can be purchased.
