Aids for frontal sounds
I have spent thousands on hear aids to little avail. the most expensive behind the ear type amplify sounds behind you as well as to the side in infront. At least that is what I have been told and seem to experience. These in the ear seem to amplify sounds gathered by your ears, in front of you, so I purchase these as an experiment and so far the results have been good. So if putting your hands behind your ears to enlarge the sound gathering area helps you hear better these aids should help you.

this unit worse than the one I expected ...
this unit worse than the one I expected to replace. radio worked display did not so you could not see the station you were on. The CD accepted and rejected a CD but did not play. This unit goes were it should have, in the dump. I bought a second unit since I could not find rebuilt or new unit and it was a little better, but the CD still did not work so I would suggest anyone looking to replace this radio up grade to a touch display unit, which is what I have done.
