An empty letter envelope arrived with "emerald necklace" written at the bottom. No necklace. I asked the seller if they forgot to include the item and asked why a letter envelope was used and why the contents were written on the envelope and got no response. The only message I received from the seller was there will be a refund issued. This necklace was the last one they had to sell.
