Mini Treasure Trove of Rare Gems
Rare stories by Shirley Jackson! Many of these stories haven't been available to the public for over 5O years and were originally featured in, for instance, the now defunct magazine CHARM. My personal favorites are "The Possibility of Evil" * "Maybe it was the Car" & "What a Thought".
Jackson has a loyal following of readers due to her more famous stories like "The Lottery" and "The Haunting of Hill House": Stephen King is a fan and even dedicated "Firestarter" to "Shirley Jackson, who never needed to raise her voice"
