Good unit once assembled!! Instructions are in German!
Delivery was a farce - informed of delivery for one day, stayed in all day, eventually phoned delivery company who said it would be tomorrow. Phoned the next day and the delivery company gave me an am/pm time so that was good.
Package was well protected due to glass inside. We assembled it the same day - all parts there, but instructions were in German - we managed with the diagrams but I would say that some previous experience was necessary for the assembly.
The initial description would have benefited from more extensive measurements - the whole unit was as expected, however, the glass shelf width was smaller than expected and is not wide enough for my DVD player - the gap is 16" and the player 18". So pretty much not fit for purpose for me! My DVD player will not even fit on top of the unit under the TV - so the third alternative is to raise the TV height by putting a piece of wood under each leg, then I can put the DVD player underneath - or buy a smaller DVD player....
Also, the hole at the back of the unit where the plugs go through to the mains - the hole is not wide enough to pass through an English plug!!! Maybe, since the instructions were in German, the hole is made to fit the European plug which is smaller. So..... we had to make the hole bigger. As well, it is not big enough to take the LED plug which I bought to fit with this unit.
However, despite all these hiccups, the unit is now assembled with LED lighting, complete with TV and DVD player - and it looks good!!!
So, all in all, a good buy!
