Good information. We all grieve differently

This book was a comfort letting me know I can do this. The examples from other widows helped. We don’t all grieve in a textbook style as funeral home brochures suggest. We all don’t grieve on the same timeline. And that’s ok. The chapters break down the different stages of grief and beyond. When we are ready to continue our lives as a single person, there is some info. I’ve read the whole book. The beginning is helping me where I am right now. I will reread the sections as needed. When it is time, I will reread the sections on how to move forward. This book was recommended to be by someone in my Facebook group. I’m thankful I took her recommendation.

Good beginner book with tips

This is my first IP cookbook. It has good simple ideas for a beginner. It has seafood which is no good for me (allergies) but others will like. Besides a range of recipes, it has much helpful information and tips. For that alone, I’m glad I bought the book. It gives a good start for someone like me. I’m happy i bought the book as a beginning on my new IP adventure.
