  Received this air fryer with food deposits on the base of the drawers. Contacted the supplier who quoted the term new other, shop soiled. I believe a used product with food deposits as second hand. Have had no further apology or comunication. Do not use this supplier as customer satisfaction does not seem to matter

  You contacted us regarding the instructions being a photocopy, we ensure all of our items include instructions, to save you the trouble, we printed the instructions, as they were not in the box when we catalogued this item, so we listed this item as new other, apart from that, this item was brand new. You purchased this item £60 less than RRP and had it delivered to a Garage Workshop? We had 100% feedback, prior to your negative, so I think the customer/competitor has got his satisfaction!!!
