  I received an item that was undoubtedly nothing like the item I originally bought. The seller said I could return it, though the listing states no returns are accepted. Plus, returning it would have been a hassle, and I couldn't have been certain that I would receive a full refund. Shipping was faster than expected and the item was well packed, but definitely not the item I paid for. Will not work with this seller again.

  We sent the wrong print. Our mistake. Buyer contacted us stating the one received was not what was purchased. I asked for a photo and it was sent. Buyer received a print of a black horse with brown saddle facing to the right, in a 5x7 brass frame. The one he ordered was a black horse with brown saddle facing left by the same artist, in 5x7 brass frame. We offered the buyer a return and it was declined. He asked for a partial refund, when asked how much, we were ignored and got this review.
