  I am a newby to buying used model trains ( doing it for grandson, well that's my excuse) but I've have got to say I will be using this seller again. the item arrived nicely boxed and is in excellent condition. looks splendid and bogies look new. not tried it out yet but am confident will run excellently . thank you.

  The charger does not charge two cells. The seller bought a used charger on eBay and sold it to me, even though he never test it. He admitted it after the sale. Of course, he offered to refund the purchase price if I sent it back and after checking the operation personally. So I would have to spend more money and waste time to find out that it doesn't work. He could have done it before the sale or added "untested". Eventually, I repaired the charger myself by replacing the damaged relay !!!
