Vegan essential

This is a staple in the vegan diet, serving several purposes. It gives you your B12 supplement, is highly nutritious, and is a great cheese alternative. I use it in so many things: sauces, burgers, sprinkled on dishes at the table. Couldn't be without it.

Delicious barley malt extract

I adore this ‘black gold’ and use it in many ways. As a home bread baker, I find a spoonful added to my sourdough loaves adds a wonderful depth of flavour and extra nutrition. In the morning I have a spoonful on my oats for a wonderful breakfast which is very nutritious. Highly recommended.

Great for baking bread

I am a keen bread baker and bought this as a lighter alternative to cast iron. It produces a beautiful loaf and I don't have to worry about it being too heavy to lift in and out of the oven. Highly recommended.
