  FANTASTIC SERVICE, communication was superb and I received a complete Karcher vac and also parts to make up a second Window Vac. It was all individually bubble wrapped and very packaged and I received in within 2 days of sending (which is fabulous considering I live in Northern Ireland). His communication was also superb and he left a note that if I have any trouble that I can contact him. I wish all Ebayer were as good as this….HONEST AND A REALLY NICE PERSON
