I’d put zero stars if I could. This seller did not communicate well at all, I received a message days after I’d sent them one, then all my further messages ignored. They wouldn’t help resolve the issue - the item wasn’t working in a usable way, we offered to send back & asked for our money back. This cost £60 & cannot be used, useless. Really disappointing customer service, I’ve been a member of eBay for 19 years & never had this. I didn’t want to have to leave a negative review but no choice.
