    I won this on 5/18/25. The seller said he shipped it several times. The package never left. Only thing USPS had on their website was lable created. Sell said item was returned to him due to lack of postage. I work for USPS. Package never got in mail system. Sell told me this morning he was refunding my money. I never asked for a refund. Just want what I purchased. Stay away from this seller.

    I’ve been looking for a specific LUG bag n found it in a group purchase. I only wanted the one bag not 10. I contacted the seller and she responded quickly and worked with me to purchase the requested bag separately.     The package was over two weeks late. I was waiting for it at my address. It never arrived at my address. So I had to call eBay. To find out that it had gone to the to the Post office instead. I would have preferred the seller had communicated such. It also was not assembled , when it arrived. The handlebars were not attached and the calipers were frozen. There was a lot of dirt on the handlebars. I took it to the bike shop to get fixed cost me an additional $60. I will be more careful.
