It is good
Before this I had purchased the magnesium glycinate, it was good it was helping me sleep, but I am a diebetec type 1, my sugars was being kept high burning the hole day no matter the amount of extra insulin I was taking, I could not keep it below 9.50, with the vitamin no problem at all, so if you are not Diabetec, the magnesium is good, if you are take the D3 and K2.

Grate quality and grate product functionality
Very happy with it the wares is preadolescent out in to a little cloud, each spray gives out not a lot of water making it easy to put out the right ammount of water very happy with it would definitely recommend,

Absolutely love it, the detail is grate, bought it as a present for my daughter as she loves motorbikes, will be getting her a Harley Davidson next time.
