  Item arrived wrapped in brown paper, which was insufficient to protect it. Subsequently it was crushed at one end by Courier company. Seller offered replacement, which I accepted. After some delay, when it hadn’t arrived, it transpired that it was then, out of stock, with no due date. Eventually accepted part refund and kept the item.
