2 of 2 found this helpful These c8*** range of A3+ laser printers are an enigma. Absolutely brilliant machines flawed by crap fusers. Beautiful picture quality, great text quality, excellent paper weight handling ..... then the fuser.
Kind of the most important part of the machine that somehow someone forgot to design/develope/perfect.
In fact, the rollers went from being ok if nursed to ok till you print.
Not only do they fail spectacularly, but one can't buy new rollers, oh no - sorry sir, you will need the entire fuser assembly (£500-£600).
