The product is not really powerful

I tried this product for couple of months and I noticed that the air that comes out is not really powerful. I take around 20 minutes to dry my hairs (only drying) . When I use the other heads, it takes much more I’ve tried today the original and new one in the shop and it looked more powerful than mine. I’m thinking that the product is not original or needs to be checked. It is like this from the day that I received it.
