  I won the auction and sent a message to arrange collection/payment straight away for the next day. The seller sent me a message back immediately saying that he has checked the coffee machine and it is not working properly. However, the fault described would have taken longer than the timespan he got back to me in to determine (due to coffee machine cleaning cycle length). This seller is a time waster and appears fraudulent, I have reported to ebay and am seeking legal advice.
