Effective but too noisy

Bought for my wife - now I want one
My wife had been using a small nokia just for calls and txts for years.
Was wondering how she would get on with this one.
She loves it. Simple to use - battery life is good (charging every other day so far)
Had been looking at more expensive phones so pleased we went for this one.
