No scrathes or cracks at all, not even tiny ones; nothing... I am really impressed by the sales team communication too. An in-house issue meant my order took a day or two longer to arrive but "Liz" from sales was lovely in communication and I appreciate everything they did in terms of making up for the loss of time. Would highly recommend this seller and would purchase again at the drop of a hat.

Different cheaper substandard strap was sent. contacted seller to ask for the correct item to be sent out and refused to help replying with a generic message. If you want to be sure of what you are going to get and want to know there will be customer service to support the purchase then DONT BUY HERE!!!!! Such a shame as a little customer service would have gone a long way/

Not having a phone at the time, I missed the communication to say when it was arriving. However, communication with the seller was very good and the delivery date was re-arranged.
