Garbage

The lock cylinder wobbles on the end of the hitch pin and the only thing holding it is three little small ball bearings. It wouldn't take more than a light tap of a hammer to disengage. Poor design marketed by a cheap manufacturer who licensed the Reese name and reputation.

Useless for smartphone charging

I left my smartphone charging for TWO FULL DAYS with a high amperage charger, and still did not reach 100%. These are poorly designed, have extremely high electrical resistance, and are useless for charging high drain devices.
