I Love my CanCooker!
I took a pork roast that was 3/4 of the way frozen and i browned it and put it in my CanCooker with some beef broth and the drippings from browning the roast and put it in my CanCooker for 2 hours. After 2 it was fully cooked. I added the vegetables and put it on for about another hour. So in about a total of 3 hours I turned a frozen roast into a delicious falling off the bone meal. I Love my CanCooker!
