Good, not great.
Shoulder straps are smaller than thought. Works well but it isnt some thing you would want to wear all day. Short time frames, no problem. For the price you cant argue. Might invest in something with more larger shoulder supports.

Dont look elsewhere. Very very good.
Always beem sceptical of these bands but have been converted with these. A good product for traveling or a basic home gym. Good level of resistance and the ability to use different bands at the same time to create higher or lower resistance is excellent. The door anchor works well and is perfect for tricep pull downs etc. Everything is on sturdy climbing style clips making switching around easy. Bought one set myself and have been very pleased with it. For the money, you can't seem to go wrong.
