These are excellent files for sharpening...

These are excellent files for sharpening card scrapers, drawer knives, etc, etc. Being single cut they leave a lovely smooth surface and they cut very efficiently.

Amateur rubbish not flat

I thought from various reviews that this would be flat. It’s not. It’s amateur quality not a professional product. I bought a trend stone which is perfectly flat and it’s self evident looking at the blades I sharpen that, the trend stone is the real deal. I am very disappointed as I wasted 30 quid. Should have just bought the trend to start with. Faithfull tools are hit and miss.
