Great fat burning and toning dvd
This is a fabulous dvd, with several 10 minute sections of enjoyable workouts designed to burn fat. The workouts are easy to follow and achievable. I am beginning to find them easier to do and feel my fitness improving during only the second week of doing the workouts. There is a 30 day planner which is good to follow to provide daily focus for workouts, with regular rest days included in the planner. I have lost weight and feel fitter after only a week and a half.

Fun, varied workouts
Great Workout dvd. Jackie and Mark join Davina to demonstrate the workouts. There are a couple of 30 minute aerobic workouts and a few shorter toning ones. Easy to follow, effective and low impact versions of exercises shown.
