  Mascara unusable/dried up, seller sends OOD under paid pre-paid unusable return envelope then sends me rude messages that I should have just ‘put it in the post box’ instead of use a post office when Ebay require proof of return so I did everything asked by them and Ebay yet apparently I am in the wrong?! The item was £2 and they accuse me of trying to keep it and get refunded and I am dishonest, wow, for £2?! Please do not deal with this person, shocking behaviour
