Amazing!!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful Taking Magnesium has changed my life. This may sound a bit dramatic but believe me it isn't. I use to get restless legs every night. Since taking Magnesium tablets, this as stopped altogether.
My family members also take them for this reason and have had the same results.

Amazing results!
This is no joke, these magnesium tablets have changed my life.
This may sound a bit dramatic but if you have had restless leg syndrome you will understand.
From the first day of taking these tablets I have not had restless legs.
I now look forward to going to bed.
Please give them a try and then pass your information on to friends and relatives, I did.
The only thing about these is the round tablets are quite hard to take so I would recommend the bullet form.
Hope this helps someone as it as helped me.
