  The ‘carpet’ although so lovely in colour was very thin - more like a throw. The seller got back to me very quickly and agreed a refund . EBay were very quick in decision to return and easy process which I had never done before . Sent by preferred Royal Mail . Refund also quick . It’s a shame as the seller has good customer service and the rug was lovely- just not a rug sadly
