Old technology, but saved the need to change the transducer
Fit for purpose. This unit is old technology, replacing an obsolete DS500x. It saved me the need to change out the existing thruhull transducer, which would have been a significantly more expensive solution. I knew up front the unit was "previously owned," and it does appear to have a defect in the water temperature calibration. That said, the factory firmware seems to fix a problem that I had with my previous DS500x, so all in all, I'm ahead of the game.

Great medical adhesive
For my osteomy needs, this particular adhesive works very well. YMMV.
