Burnt out plug on radiator
I text the company to explain that my radiator plug had burnt out and damaged my internal socket also. I sent photos of both above and was told I need to send back at my cost and they would establish whether to send me a replacement. It would cost me more to send back as very heavy than buy a new one. NOT FROM THIS COMPANY! Also I have to get an electrician in to replace my socket also. The radiator is less than 9 months old and only used as a back up in bad weather. Even with evidence they have been very uncooperative.
