Would not recommend this
I plugged it in and it was making a loud buzzing noise.
After the second time of using it, it just stopped working so I had no option other than to bin it.

Works perfectly with NTSC systems
I brought this to replace my Japanese mega drive’s power supply and have not regretted it.
